Palladyne AI, NORDA Team Up on Autonomous Drone Swarms

US defense technology company Palladyne AI and NORDA Dynamics, a Ukrainian-Estonian drone developer, are teaming up to combine swarm coordination with autonomous terminal guidance.

The companies will integrate Palladyne’s SwarmOS platform with NORDA’s Underdog Autonomy Module to enable multiple drones to autonomously detect, track, assign, and pursue targets.

The combined system is designed to maintain these capabilities when GPS and communications are disrupted by electronic warfare.
