General Atomics, CAE Partner to Develop SkyGuardian Training System

General Atomics and CAE have partnered to develop the next-generation mission trainer for the MQ-9B SkyGuardian drone.

Over the next five years, the partnership will deliver 11 next-gen mission trainers and up to 50 advanced training devices to enhance MQ-9B operator readiness.

CAE will integrate cutting-edge visualization technology, including the CAE Prodigy Image Generator, which offers high-fidelity graphics, high-resolution 3D content, and physics-based modeling to create an ultra-realistic training environment.
