Airbus has transformed the H145 helicopter into a next-gen airborne platform, converting it into an uncrewed aircraft built around autonomy, sensors, and AI for high-demand missions.

The new variant, also known as the U145, has a maximum takeoff weight of 3,800 kilograms (8,378 pounds), enabling it to carry substantial cargo loads.

Unlike its crewed predecessor, it removes the cockpit entirely and adopts a cargo-focused configuration, including an integrated nose door, foldable loading table, and dedicated cargo floor.
