Archer is making a major push into physical AI by acquiring three Boeing subsidiaries specializing in autonomous flight, uncrewed aircraft, and automated airspace management.

The deal will bring Wisk Aero, Insitu, and SkyGrid into Archer’s portfolio, combining their technologies with Archer’s ZEE artificial intelligence platform.

“This is a watershed moment for Archer and the future of physical AI in aerospace and defense,” said Adam Goldstein, Archer founder and chief executive.
