A new lineup of directed-energy solutions from US firm Attalon gives defense users multiple laser power options for different operational requirements.
Named after the Latin word for strength, Valaris brings together the company’s coherent, spectral, and dichroic beam-combined laser technologies under a single platform.
The lineup includes Valaris X, a 50-kilowatt-class laser architecture equipped with advanced adaptive optics and capable of scaling beyond 300 kilowatts for long-range directed-energy missions.
