Northrop’s ‘Card-Sized’ EW Tech Turns Drones and Robots Into Jamming Machines

Northrop Grumman’s latest electronic warfare (EW) solution helps platforms find and disrupt radio-frequency emitters, and it’s reportedly smaller than a business card.

Called Tactical Edge Electromagnetic Solutions (TEEMS), the compact EW payload can be mounted on robots, unmanned surface vessels, and even drones.

Once mounted, the platforms turn into mobile EW systems that can both detect and deny hostile signals across the battlespace.
