The US Army Human Resources Command (HRC) is bringing agentic artificial intelligence into its personnel services, providing round-the-clock support for approximately 9.2 million soldiers, veterans, civilian employees, and military families.
HRC is the first US military organization to adopt Salesforce’s Agentforce Public Sector platform following its authorization for Impact Level 5 environments, allowing AI agents to work with data involving Controlled Unclassified Information.
The capability will be integrated into HRC’s Digital Front Door, a centralized platform that brings personnel records and human resources services together in one place.
