The US Army has rolled out an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot designed to help recruiters find official information faster, reducing administrative workload and speeding up day-to-day recruiting tasks.
The US Army has rolled out an artificial intelligence-powered chatbot designed to help recruiters find official information faster, reducing administrative workload and speeding up day-to-day recruiting tasks.
Called Staff Sgt. Star, the tool is embedded within the service’s Accessions Information Environment, giving authorized users instant answers to recruiting-related questions.
It pulls from a curated library of official documents and system references, eliminating the need to sift through manuals or contact a help desk.
