China is set to showcase a purpose-built humanoid robot designed to mimic a human operator’s movements while being controlled remotely.
China is set to showcase a purpose-built humanoid robot designed to mimic a human operator’s movements while being controlled remotely.
The “Fuxi” robot from state-owned China North Industries Group Corporation (NORINCO) is designed for reconnaissance and patrol missions in high-intensity environments.
It is reportedly capable of operating in all weather conditions and is intended to support human-robot teaming during field missions.
