China has dropped what appears to be the first official visuals of its mysterious sixth-generation combat platform, offering a rare glimpse of an aircraft long surrounded by speculation.
The aircraft, believed to be the J-36, appeared in a four-minute video published by China Military Bugle, the official press account of the People’s Liberation Army.
Based on the available footage, the aircraft features a tailless, diamond-shaped wing design, briefly seen during a sharp climbing turn.
