India is sharpening its toolkit for future warfare with the rollout of the “world’s most compact” AI-powered laser sniper, mounted on a nimble unmanned ground vehicle (UGV).

Developed by olee.space, the 2-kilowatt directed-energy weapon can reportedly disable enemy personnel, vehicles, or equipment within seconds.

Its compact design and push-button autonomous deployment also let troops handle close combat and perimeter security without putting themselves in harm’s way.
