Drone maker DJI is looking to pioneer the next generation of aerial delivery with the launch of FlyCart 100 (FC100), a heavy-lift drone capable of carrying payloads up to 100 kilograms (220 pounds).

With an improved wing structure and carbon fiber propellers, the platform can fly for up to 12 kilometers (7.4 miles) on dual batteries and 6 kilometers (3.7 miles) on a single battery.

It can recharge quickly with high-output chargers and generators, and its dual-battery setup lets operators swap power mid-flight.
