A Ukrainian engineer has brought a foldable drone interceptor to a US Air Force evaluation, offering a compact way to counter larger attack drones.

Thermopylae Aerospace, founded by Yehor Balytskyi, demonstrated its SPART system as a potential counter to Class 2 threats, including Shahed-type drones.

The air-launched interceptor uses a foldable quadcopter design and can reach speeds of up to 350 kilometers (217 miles) per hour.
