Unmanned helicopters are evolving beyond reconnaissance and surveillance roles, with new systems now enabling them to take on precision resupply missions.
Unmanned helicopters are evolving beyond reconnaissance and surveillance roles, with new systems now enabling them to take on precision resupply missions.
Israeli drone makers Steadicopter and ParaZero have teamed up to push that vision, equipping the all-electric Black Eagle 50E unmanned chopper with the latter’s DropAir precision airdrop system.
The upgrade transforms the drone into a rapid resupply platform, capable of autonomously dropping medical kits, ammunition, or spare parts with pinpoint accuracy.
