DefendAir is a counter-UAS system that captures drones midair, deploys nets ranging from 9 to 100 square meters, and operates via drone, turret, or hand-held launcher.
ParaZero Technologies is taking an unconventional approach to tackling drone threats with a new counter-unmanned aerial system (C-UAS) designed to capture targets rather than destroy them.
Called DefendAir, the system uses a patented net launcher to safely intercept drones, minimizing collateral damage in populated areas.
It combines soft-kill and hard-kill elements in a multi-layered setup, letting operators adjust to different threats and mission scenarios.
