ParaZero Technologies has secured an order from a Tier-1 European defense manufacturer to integrate its DefendAir Net Pods into a counter-drone system.

ParaZero Technologies has secured an initial order from a Tier-1 European defense manufacturer to integrate its DefendAir Net Pods into an autonomous counter-drone system.

The Israeli company said the order will support the customer's broader autonomous architecture.

The DefendAir Net Pod is designed as a modular interception layer that can be integrated into autonomous ground systems, remotely operated platforms, armored vehicles, fixed installations, and other counter-drone applications. The system uses a controlled, non-explosive net launcher to physically disable hostile drones.

ParaZero said the modular design allows operators to tailor deployment characteristics and launch parameters based on the target, platform, and operational environment.

“Detection, tracking and decision-making create awareness, but interception is what ultimately protects the mission, the platform and the people operating around it,” CEO Ariel Alon said.

DefendAir Net Pod Orders Expand Adoption

The European order follows several DefendAir procurement announcements in 2026 as ParaZero broadens adoption of its net-based counter-drone technology.

In July, it received a follow-on order from an undisclosed customer for its DefendAir Pods to support an autonomous counter-drone system protecting critical infrastructure and other high-value assets.

The order follows ParaZero's first contract from a major US defense contractor in June for its DefendAir Net Pods, marking its entry into the US defense market. 

Earlier, in April, the company secured another defense order from an unnamed defense customer, covering personal net launchers, deployable net pods, and training packages after a successful evaluation.
