The Ukrainian Ministry of Defence has launched an eight-lesson training course on its official Army+ mobile application to help service members order unmanned aerial systems (UAS) and electronic warfare equipment
Titled “DOT-Chain Defence Weapons Marketplace,” the course teaches military personnel how to use the Defence Procurement Agency’s digital marketplace to procure equipment using state funding.
Developed with civil society organization Magura, it covers UAS configuration, two-factor authentication, catalog navigation, and digital signature processing.
