Palladyne AI has secured contracts to research, develop, and test applications of its Gremlin-X mini-bomber drone and SwarmOS coordinated autonomy software for US Army missions.
The Utah-based company will conduct live demonstrations of both solutions during multiple exercises led by the army’s 4th Infantry Division (4ID) in Colorado and California.
The trials will focus on supporting scouting and target engagement processes, with integration across army-owned capabilities such as the Android Team Awareness Kit command-and-control platform.
