Under a five-year deal, the company will provide experts for scriptwriting and role-playing in military exercises.
It also includes exercise control staff to design and deliver computer-assisted command post training for NATO's multinational headquarters.
"During a period of increased geopolitical instability, high quality training exercises are central to improving security," Babcock Managing Director for Training Jo Rayson said.
"It is a privilege to be working side-by-side with the NATO Joint Warfare Centre in the development and delivery of their computer-assisted command post exercises. Their mission is our mission," she added.
Babcock Training Contracts
This latest agreement builds on Babcock's previous contracts to design, deliver, and manage military training for several European nations.
Last month, the London-headquartered firm expanded its international fighter pilot training capabilities in France by acquiring 11 L-39 Albatros aircraft.
The initiative includes pilot and instructor certification, retraining, close air support courses, and advanced training sessions featuring realistic combat scenarios.
Moreover, Babcock highlighted that its land sector is one of the largest suppliers of training services to the British Armed Forces.
In 2024, the company played a key role for British troops during Exercise Cerberus 2024, involving over 3,000 personnel and 800 vehicles in Germany.
In February of last year, Babcock received a $94.7-million contract to deliver technical and trade training for the British Army's armored vehicle teams, focusing on enhancing combat capabilities for both tracked and wheeled platforms.
