Rohde & Schwarz and TRUMPF have joined forces to create a fully European counter-drone system designed to spot, track, and take down hostile unmanned aerial vehicles.
Rohde & Schwarz and TRUMPF have joined forces to create a fully European counter-drone system designed to spot, track, and take down hostile unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs).
The partnership combines Rohde & Schwarz’s radar and electromagnetic spectrum expertise with TRUMPF’s high-energy laser technology.
It will aim at protecting critical infrastructure and securing restricted airspace as drone incursions continue to rise.
