A new radar from HENSOLDT aims to improve how intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions are carried out from orbit.
Known as OrbitISR, the system relies on a Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) electronics kit to deliver high-resolution imaging in all weather conditions, day or night.
It reportedly enables more precise situational awareness by using multiple SAR modes and configurable observation parameters.
