Safran Expands Battlefield Vision With New Thermal Clip-On System

Safran Electronic & Defense is aiming to set a new standard in thermal vision with a device designed to clip onto standard night vision goggles.

The next-generation eTAD integrates advanced navigation, augmented reality, and command-and-control (C2) functions, enabling soldiers to see and understand threats faster across a range of mission conditions.

Safran said the system delivers modern performance, technological sovereignty, and interoperability with existing military equipment.
