Thales Australia has reworked the Bushmaster protected mobility vehicle (PMV) into a new variant with improved capability, connectivity, and survivability.
Dubbed the 5.6 or Mulga Utility Variant, the platform is now designed to integrate a wider range of sensors, effectors, and mission systems, supporting more flexible battlefield roles.
The upgrade also enables the integration of laser-guided rockets, allowing the vehicle to engage targets directly in challenging environments.
