Ukrainian military units have placed $1 billion in equipment orders through the state-run Brave1 Market platform during the first year of its ePoints procurement program.
The figure represents the value of orders made with digital credits.
Units earn ePoints for verified battlefield activities, including reconnaissance, logistics, casualty evacuation, and strikes against enemy targets.
Commanders can then use those credits to select equipment for their units from the Brave1 Market catalog.
Payment and delivery are handled by the state through its DOT-Chain Defence procurement system, allowing units to order directly from manufacturers.
Brave1 Platform
The procurement system was integrated into Brave1 Market in August last year.
Ukraine previously relied primarily on a centralized system in which the state selected and distributed military hardware.
More than 400 units have since received around 500,000 pieces of battlefield technology, including first-person view and bomber drones, unmanned ground vehicles, electronic warfare equipment, and electronic intelligence systems.
More than 1,100 products are currently available through the marketplace with ePoints.
Delivery times for products already in stock have fallen from an initial 10 to 14 days to an average of seven days.
In June alone, units ordered equipment worth more than 5 billion Ukrainian hryvnias ($120 million), the highest monthly value recorded since the program began.
Brave1 has also introduced dashboards that allow manufacturers to track how their drones and ground vehicles perform in combat, including the number and type of missions completed, their effectiveness rankings, and the units using them.
