Ukraine Adds Jet-Powered Interceptor to Neutralize Shahed-Type Drones

A new phase of military modernization is underway in Ukraine as the country presents a jet-powered drone interceptor designed to engage Shahed-style drones in challenging environments.

Named Alexa Spatium, the interceptor measures approximately 1.5 by 1.7 meters (4.9 by 5.6 feet) and can be launched from a mobile catapult within minutes.

Powered by a turbojet engine, it features a modular design, high operational ceiling, an extended combat radius, and a low-to-medium operating envelope.
