ALPAY is a mine-clearance system, clearing 10-meter-wide corridors out to 100 meters with 99 percent reliability, and operating in all weather and terrain.
Turkish troops can now blast through dangerous minefields with confidence, thanks to the ALPAY mine-clearing system developed by state-owned Makine ve Kimya Endüstrisi (MKE).
Built using domestic resources, the platform combines speed, reliability, and operational efficiency to transform hazardous fields into cleared corridors for immediate troop advancement.
It can be mounted on trailers for easy transport by armored carriers, tanks, or military trucks, and uses a rocket that can launch up to 200 meters (656 feet).
