Canada is making anti-submarine warfare (ASW) tight and compact, packing a warship’s underwater detection and tracking capabilities inside a 20-foot (6-meter) container.

Dartmouth-based Ultra Maritime has developed Sea Tracker, a system that delivers frigate-grade submarine hunting from a standard ISO container.

It integrates the company’s torpedo defense systems, sonar arrays, and surveillance sensors into a single, coordinated network.
